Servicing and Maintenance (PPM)
The main purpose of planned preventative maintenance or PPM, is to reduce and prevent future call-outs, component failure and downtime of equipment. PPM improves reliability, improves safety and longevity of humidifying equipment.The protection of assets maintains the value, lifespan and optimum operation of the Humidifier equipment.
We offer tailor-made PPM contracts (Annually) ranging from one visit per year to monthly visits. Each site and type of humidifier is different, water qualities vary along with run hours. Please call or email for a free survey and assessment on your existing Humidifying equipment.
Installation and Commission
New, retrofit or lifecycle replacements can be very tricky to design, project manager and install, we can provide full-turn key installations with full project management, from the initial supply design right through to the hand-over. We have installed 1000's of Humidifiers over the past 30 + years and each installation is different from the next, we have full technical back-up from the manufacturer design teams and work very closely with them to achieve successfully completed projects, utilising advanced engineering techniques to design/implement and integrate into new and existing mechanical systems that enhance the overall functionality of the buildings.

Colin has worked in the Humidification industry for over 30 years, he is well known and has worked with most of the Major Humidifier manufacturers and co-owned Humi-Tech Services Ltd for 19 years until it was sold in 2018. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Humidification engineering and still works closely with humidifier manufacturers today, providing turn key solutions and professional advice to customers.
